Kevin is one of the youngest & most successful achievers in ERA, proving that age is not a boundary. Equipped with an aptitude for sales, talent and sheer perseverance, Kevin has proven to many that a young man at the age of 22 with a strong will can achieve more than what many can only dream of. As always, If there is a will, there is a way.

In 2006, Preeminent Group was founded by Kevin & his buddies with just 20 agents.

In 2008 he was promoted to ERA Division Director to lead a team of over 100 agents. His goal is to be the most dynamic division which empowers his associates to be the best.

Kevin made his 1st million at the age of 27. Today Kevin is a property investor, a watch collector and a group division director with ERA running a Group of over 500 agents. Preeminent Group is one of ERA #1 Top earning commission Team.

Kevin is also featured in a couple of Media Corp Channel 8, Channel U & Channel News Asia TV Program and also Interviewed on National Radio Live 938 FM.
